The Garden Room

The self-catering accommodation faces the main house across a small front lawn with a working, but lidded, well.

The whole property stands in about an acre with far reaching views across rolling countryside to Arundel Castle 2 miles away.

The only noise you will hear will be from the many birds and pheasants that come to feed or the odd tractor going past. You may also hear Ben the horse moving around in his stable in the field across the lane.

Thomas Cottage

The lane is single track, few cars pass, and even then cannot pass at the same time, and has no official name even though it's often referred to as the Splash on account of the stream running across the road at the bottom of the hill in winter.

Wepham is an ancient hamlet with a lot of evidence of Roman settlement. It has it's own cricket ground and an excellent pub / restaurant - The George at Burpham.

Access to the Downs with it's hundreds of miles of mountain biking, walking and riding is literally a step away.

The historic town of Arundel can be walked to in 40 minutes across the fields next to the River Arun, or by car in 5.
